La Filanda in one of oldest restaurants of Bardonecchia, located at the foot of the main street, is only 300mt from the train station and, in front, has a large parking lot.
Our menù is very wide and varied: our specialty is fish dishes, but there are local products such as deer, polenta.ect. Fresh pasta, dumplings and ravioli, is homemade, like most of our desserts. Last but not least is our pizza. A simple and genuine dough: only flour, water, salt, extra virgin olive oil and yeast, which mixed wuth skill by our pizza maker create a thin and tasty pizza; always well garnished with fresh and quality ingredients. The pizza is cooked in a wood oven, like bread: it is also homemade fresh every day. To try also the “farinata”(chickpea flat bread),served simple or stuffed.
