BST Vertical Punta Nera – VERTICAL 3 (10 km – 1700 D+)

Superb climb starting from the old side of Bardonecchia, crossing the Grange Rho, descends into the river bed and climbs up into a dolomites scenery until you reach the peak (3.000 mt) of Punta Nera from where the view opens to 360 degrees on the Italian mountains and on the French ones of the Vanoise.
The descent follows the ascent path at least until the Pian dei Morti barracks from where you can choose to easily descend on the gravel road to Bardonecchia.
